We heard about Belinda from a friend and booked her to sing Westlife’s ‘Flying without Wings’ at our Wedding in Oct 2002. I have to say that it made our ceremony very personal as when Belinda was singing it felt like she was singing just for us... it made our wedding very special.

On the strength of her performance at our wedding, my sister booked Belinda to sing in the church for her wedding in Oct 2006, another success. We then rebooked Belinda to sing at our daughter’s Memorial Ball in Sept 2008. During the set, requested by us, Belinda sang our daughters funeral song, ‘Somewhere over the Rainbow’. As you can imagine this was a very emotional song for us and some of our guests, however, Belinda sang it beautifully. She then picked up the mood of the evening with her other songs and got all our guests up and dancing – exactly what was needed!! Several of our guests commented how on fantastic she was.

My husband and I would not hesitate to recommend Belinda to sing at any occasion. To describe her in one sentence we would say that when she sings the hairs on the back of your neck stand on end!

I first heard Belinda sing at my sisters wedding 7 years ago. As soon as my husband proposed to me and the wedding plans started, I didn't hesitate to book Belinda to sing in the church on the day, I knew she would make my day perfect and she did. We came across Belinda quite by accident while doing an online search for entertainers in our area. The event was our 40th Ruby Wedding Anniversary with over 120 people present. We had already booked the disco and so we were looking for someone to add something a little bit different to our evening. From the moment we made the first contact with Belinda we sensed we had found the right person. Her friendly, personal approach put us immediately at ease and when we heard her demo tape, we knew we had struck gold. Our only problem was that we wanted to book her for a 30min slot and we couldn't decide which songs from her varied repertoire we should not include!

During the days leading up to the party, Belinda kept in touch to make sure we were happy with the arrangements. Her stage presence and singing ability has to be witnessed to be believed. She pulled out all the stops to ensure that we had a night to remember, as did our guests.

As well as being a professional singer, Belinda is a really nice lady and we would have no hesitation in recommending her for any kind of function. In fact, we intend to organise a future public event at which Belinda will be the main attraction.
